Our Story
The fulfillmate concept started when Aussie two mates living in California, decided to combine their logistics and supply chain expertise with their
business strategy and marketing knowledge, while staying true to their Australian values. 
Starting by offering US market entry advisory, business strategy support, freight management and marketing services, we quickly evolved when we acquired a physical 3PL warehouse operations in Southern California. 
The local market and our clients quickly saw a step change in the way a 3PL could do business and our business grew fast – all from organic growth and client referrals. As we grew, we remained focused on diverse skill set of experiences and backgrounds. 
We helped our clients grow and we they needed a larger solution covering more than California, so we expanded to the East Coast USA, then again into Canada and most recently Australia. 
Through hard work and living our core values, we continue to grow and support our client partners. We are proud to have helped so many businesses grow and hold open and transparent relationships with our clients. 
Fulfillmate is the better way to do business. We have an outcome driven, entrepreneurial mindset and won’t ever give up the pursuit of delivering a truly seamless supply chain for our clients.

Steve Tabacchiera
Co-Founder
Steve is our Co-Founder and focuses on sales and client success. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters degree in Business, Steve has worked in senior levels in large manufacturing and marketing roles at large corporations before founding and launching an online marketplace and launching products into US market.
Ben Carman
Co-Founder
Ben is our Co-Founder focuses on systems and operations. Ben holds a degree in supply chain management and Masters degree in Business. His career background is across senior level global supply chain roles with international warehousing, logistics, retail and manufacturing businesses.

Our Promises To You!
We pride ourself on being easy to deal with. Fulfillment shouldn’t be hard. We put our money where our business is.
fulfillmate offers a fully transparent Service Level Agreement (SLA), but these are our commitment to your order fulfillment and shipping.
If we do get something wrong, rest easy knowing that we will always make things right.
Inbound Receiving
When your shipment is unloaded in our facility, we’ll receive it within two days, or you wont pay for the receipt.
Order Accuracy
If an order is shipped with the wrong item, not only will we fix the mistake, but you won’t pay for that shipment.
Outbound Shipping
If we receive an order by 1pm, it ships same day (or next day if after 1pm), or else you don’t pay for that shipment.
Inventory Accuracy
If any of your inventory is damaged or missing after we receive it, we will pay you the wholesale cost of that item.
